Sometimes the best thing to do is to forgive in silence and move on without resentment, the wound heals and no marks remain, I checked it not long ago, a similar situation affected me a lot, so much that I thought of seeking psychological help; a friend advised me to put myself in the place of the other person who had no other way of doing things and forgive him from the heart and it worked! Now I feel fine.
That is good too. Sometimes we have to see from a different perspective to be able to understand another person. Thank you for sharing your personal experience and I'm glad you are feeling fine now :)
