For family occasions, it's been years since I was home to celebrate. It might be birthdays, Christmas, and even graduations. @asiaymalay and I always await photos to be sent in our group chat. At least we can visualize how it goes. Just like last week, our parents celebrated their wedding anniversary. I don't know the exact number of years, but it's over forty!
I asked my Mom if she wanted to buy a cake, but she said she was too lazy. LOL! (We still needed to go to the province's capital town, and she no longer wanted to travel.) So, I just gave her money to buy what she wanted for the celebration. She was the one who accompanied my nephew to school, so she opted to buy something in the nearest market.
)Our youngest sister was at home, but she didn't send a decent photo, so none to be shared here.
Meanwhile, here in our home, it's my mother-in-law's 71st birthday. All her children are working now, so I thought we wouldn't be preparing food. One of them mentioned that she would just ask her Mom to go somewhere to unwind. Yet another sister-in-law went home and opted for an instant celebration.
)Her daughter gave me a printout of a picture of my son. She was a sweet child and wanted to hold his cousin. However, I couldn't entrust her as she is only seven and might drop my baby. Also, Caleb just had his vaccine, so he was grumpy. Still, she was patient.
Back to the celebration, it was held in my sister's house. Potluck, each of us brought something. I chose Ice cream because of the kids. Thus, I forgot to take a photo because my son was crying.

)Pizza, which I was supposed to be eyeing to eat as it was easy considering I was holding my grumpy baby. But I had the same thoughts with the kids! This is the most delicious food at the table. So, I wasn't able to have even a slice 🤣.
Perhaps, palabok? But there are shrimps! I am no longer breastfeeding, so I will just drink medicine later.
There was also pancit, but I don't have a photo. Of course, a birthday is only complete with a cake!

The celebration went well, though I didn't eat enough. My little one doesn't want to be held by anyone except me. Eating with one hand, with a baby on the lap. I am close to mastering the skill! Good thing I was used to multitasking.

Hello, everyone; time flies, and a few weeks are left. We will be closing the year 2024. I could already feel the spirit of the Holidays here as it was indeed cold at night. Even in the morning or mid of the day, the wind blows and is no longer warm. How's the year going for you and your Family? I hope it was all well.
