Today for this weeks #wednesdaywalk post sponsored by @tattoodjay, I want to tell you about my morning fishing on a forest lake.
To this fishing I went with my father whom I took with me. I want to go for a fishing with my father for a long time coz we often spent our time at work or in other places. But at this time it should be special case. Because at nature we can spent all the time together, to discuss our life plans and problems. It's very important for us to stay in touch when nobody can to disturb us at nature. To get for this forest lake we had to travel a long way. We set out on the road closer to the evening. First of all, after driving for several hours, we had to cross to the other side of the Volga River by ferry, which we barely caught in time.
Then, after having a quick snack on the banks of the Volga, We set off on our journey.
Ahead we had to drive about 27 kilometers, 12 of them along a forest road. In addition, after 8 kilometers in the forest we had to pass through the village of Krasnoye Ivanovo in which there were almost no inhabitants left, and then after 4 kilometers the village of Shary which is located on the shore of Lake Sharskoye.
We was approaching the village of Krasnoye Ivanovo when fog descended on the forest road which was surrounded by swamps.
Along the way we even met partridges.
We found one well in the village. There was some water in it, but we didn’t dare to fill it with water.
On the outskirts of the village there was a lonely payphone from which communication was carried out via a radio channel.
Having passed Krasnoye Ivanovo, we again found ourselfs on a forest road. It turned out to be almost sandy. There are also almost no inhabitants left in Shary.
At the edge of the village there are abandoned cars and almost destroyed houses.
However, residential buildings look neat and tidy.
And finally we found ourselfs on the shore of the lake. Having pitched the tent, we decided to cook dinner over the fire since in the morning we had to wake up before sunrise.
When we woke up in the morning, we quickly washed my face and had breakfast. And then there was Fishing. Yes, that’s fishing with a capital “F”.
Getting into the boat, we deployed the fishing rods and swam to the middle of the lake where we dropped anchor.
At first there was no bite at all and we were almost starting to get upset. Then we caught several roaches. Deciding not to linger in one place, I raised the anchor and suggested to went to the second one lake with which Sharskoe lake connected via by a channel. As you can see on the map. The second one lake called Lis`ye .
And this time I made right suggestion. Changing the bait while swimming along the channel, I first caught a perch, then several pike. Then bite stopped again, but after half an hour me and my father caught several more crucian carp, perch and small roach.
After quickly eating and collecting gear, we rested on the shore for about three hours. Also we had time to discuss our fishing and back road coz we wanted to try new route. Then a long journey home awaited me. But that's a completely different story.
