Governor Dewine has responded to the CV18 pandemic in an insightful and fair manner. I'm relieved that the primary is being rescheduled until June. It will give me time to vote by mail this year. To answer Don Lemon's question about whether this is a partisan thing -- not everything is about partisan politics. Today Governor Dewine acted on behalf of all Ohio citizens.
