- 180 grams of unripe papaya
- 750 ml of water

Procedure:
- Clean the green papaya and cut it into cubes.
- Heat the water in a pot and add the papaya cubes.
- Keep the heat until it reaches the boiling stage then allow it to simmer for up to 10 minutes more.
- Now add the tea bags or the green tea leaves (whichever you prefer).
- Let it steep for up to 3 minutes.
- Drink this tea while it’s still warm.
