পাতাগুলো ভালো করে পরিষ্কার করে থেতলিয়ে আপনি এর রস বের করতে পারেন। অনেকে ব্লাইনডার দিয়ে এর রস বের করে থাকি। কিন্তু আমি একেবারেই ন্যাচারাল ভাবে পাঁথর দিয়ে ও হাত দিয়ে এর রস বের করলাম।
