All of you are warmly welcomed to my blog. This is the first time I am sharing an article with the Foodies Bee Hive Community. Therefore, I am now preparing to share a delicious recipe from my motherland with you in this article.
I love to prepare food and taste it all. So when I get time from home, I like to try the taste of delicious food. Banana blossom, which is such a delicious village food, I added some other ingredients and made it as follows. I am including a recipe for yesterday's afternoon meal in this article.

Coconut oil | 100ml |
🍱Method of Making Banana blossom
First I took the banana blossom then cleaned and washed it well. Then I took a knife that can cut finely and put it on the chopping board and cut the banana blossom. Later it was added in to the bowl. It is not necessary to wash the coconut blossom again. Because washing food with too much water can destroy delicate nutrients. So I take more care when preparing food.
After putting the banana blossom in the pot, I cut the other ingredients, ash banana, green chillies and big onions into small pieces with a knife. When preparing food, the ingredients are cut into shapes that make it easier for us to eat and digest.
I cut all the ingredients and put coconut oil in a pan. After that, the ash banana were first tempered and then placed on the side of the pan, coconut blossom, green chillies and big onions were tempered until golden color. Then the tempered banana blosssom slices, ash bananas, green chillies, curry leaves and big onions were kept separately in a pot to save the oil.
At the end, fry the dried sprats in the remaining oil and add the previously tempered ones and mix well.
At the end, add spices as needed. There I added chillies, turmeric and salt to the fried ingredients. Then stir the banana blossom and other ingredients in the pan with a spoon until they are fried well. I took the pan out of the stove when the pan smelled so good that it made me hungry.
It is now ready to taste. You can also see that it is well tempered from the pictures I have uploaded here. Now we have to serve the banana blossom to the dining table. I hope you will also enjoy my recipe.
I plucked the banana blossom from my garden at home, so it is in a good condition to eat, it is a naturally derived food that is free of toxins, so the nutrients remain intact. I love this community because I can see what dishes are eaten in other countries, and as I love to travel,
I hope that someday I can try all these dishes.
For example I have never tried banana blossom, it is something you don't see in Spain in any supermarket. I will investigate if I can find it in an import store so I can try it because I am curious about it. Thanks for sharing !😊
