Miss Saigon: review of Ibiza's delicious and acclaimed Vietnamese restaurant
Hello dear friends of Hive! I bring you on this occasion, a walk and visit to a delicious restaurant that is located on the main street of Ibiza (well, one of the two that are in the city, hehe). It is on Avenida España street and I did not know the importance of this place for the gastronomy of the island.
It is a Vietnamese food restaurant that is always crowded with people because of the deliciousness of their dishes and how abundant they are, along with the affordable prices for Ibiza.

Hola queridos amigos de Hive! Les acerco en esta ocasión, un paseo y visita a un restaurante delicioso que se encuentra en la calle principal de Ibiza (bueno, una de las dos que hay en la ciudad, jeje). Está en la calle Avenida España y yo no sabía de la importancia de este lugar para la gastronomía de la isla.
Es un restaurante de comida vietnamita que está siempre abarrotado de gente por la delicia de sus platos y por lo abundantes que son, junto con los precios accesibles para tratarse de Ibiza.
As I wanted to try different dishes, I decided to order two starters, on the one hand because I was not that hungry and on the other hand because one main course was as much as two starters, so for the same price I would taste an extra variety.
I tell you that each starter was huge, as big as a main course in any other restaurant. The price was around €6.50 per plate, which is the same as the price of patatas bravas anywhere in Ibiza.
They gave me a starter of squid bread which was extremely tasty and they also brought me a spicy sauce to go with it while I was waiting for my order.
Como yo quería probar diferentes platos, decidí pedir dos entrantes, por un lado porque no tenía tanto hambre y por otro lado porque un plato principal salía lo que dos de entrada, entonces así por el mismo precio degustaría una variedad extra.
Les cuento que cada entrante era enorme, tan grande como un principal de cualquier otro restaurante. El precio rondaba los €6,50 por plato, que es lo mismo que salen las patatas bravas en cualquier sitio de Ibiza.
Me dieron una entrada de pan de calamar que estaba sumamente rico y además me trajeron una salsa picante para acompañarlos mientras esperaba mi pedido.
I ate squid ravioli and chicken rolls, the typical ones made with rice sheets that are a delicacy of Vietnamese cuisine.
It was my second attempt to sit in the place, since two days before I had gone and it was so crowded that I was suggested to come back later.
The space is very small and that catches my attention, as for the amount of people that go, I'm surprised they haven't expanded it. However, I find this idea attractive and have seen it repeated in different places that have become traditional restaurants, which retain their size and style. I think this makes them even more desirable.
Comí ravioles de calamar y rolls de pollo, los típicos hechos con unas láminas de arroz que son un manjar de la gastronomía de Vietnam.
Era mi segundo intento de sentarme en el lugar, ya que dos días antes había ido y estaba tan repleto de gente que me sugirieron regresar después.
El espacio es muy pequeño y eso me llama la atención, pues para la cantidad de gente que va, me sorprende que no lo hayan ampliado. Sin embargo, encuentro esta idea atractiva y he visto que se repite en diferentes lugares que se han convertido en restaurantes tradicionales, que conservan su tamaño y estilo. Creo que esto los hace incluso más deseables.
I join the number of people who choose Miss Saigon as their favorite Vietnamese in Ibiza, because of the balance between taste, price, quality, attention. It is a spectacular option, especially if you are on the island without a bus, as this restaurant is located in the middle of the center of Eivissa.

El restaurante es envolvente, la comida se ve muy provocativa. Me llama mucho la atención la relación de los elementos dentro de él. Me provocó un ravioli en estos momentos.
