Este tipo de pescado es de carne blanca y en lo particular en mi hogar nos encanta comerlo frito, porque su carne es muy suave y el sabor inigualable ademas para los niΓ±os es muy sano. Ingredients utilizados: Dos trozos de pescado, aceite cantidad necesaria, ajo, oregano y sal al gusto.

Procedimiento muy simple de realizar; Primeramente lave mis trozos de pescado y los corte en rebanadas.
