My Cooking of Chicken for lunch

I love cooking most of the time and that's why I do cooking for my family members and I enjoy it. Today I am going to share with you the cooking experience of chicken. There are many varieties of chickens found in Bangladesh. Broiler chicken are the most common and cheapest one but there are some other chickens which are much higher price than the normal chicken or broiler chicken. Local chicken is most costly chicken and tasty as well. I am sharing some photographs of this one.

My family members are very much fond of curry that's why I always try to make any food in the form of curry most of the time. Here you can see, this is basically chicken curry. And the processing of this chicken carry is very much simple as I explained in my previous couple of posts.

First we need to make all the ingredients like Ginger, cumin, Spices, turmeric, salt, onion, garlic and masala with chicken and normally after that we need to cook it in a pan where soyabean oil has to be heated first. After that just placing all those mixed chicken and masala into the pan that after a frying we need to put some water there and finally it's need to wait for about to boil the meat perfectly as per requirement of taste.
