Polao is one of the most popular food in Bangladesh. This is actually rice. However, it is not like ordinary rice. It has aesthetics and it has a royal look. Polao with chicken is also very tasty. In different occasion, polao is must. On several celebrating day, many like to cook polar rather plain rice. I will give some pictures and brief description of cooking polao.
As I said before, polao is a little different than other rice. So its cooking method is also different. First you have to fry the rice in oil with onion, chilli etc. This is the main task at this time to mix all the ingredients. Next you have to cook like cooking rice with water. This is a very simple method.
