On my food blog today, I will be sharing with us a detailed step by step preparation of how I prepare my locally made vegetable soup.

I begin by removing the dirts from my vegetable then I rinsed.

Place a clean pot on fire with water in it. I waited for the water to boil then I poured the cleaned vegetable into it.

I allowed it to boil for about 3 minutes then I pour into a sieve.

I allowed it cool off a little for easy cutting.

My mum is helping me out with the cutting, while I am making the sauce.

I removed the dirts from my pepper, locust beans and onions then rinse.

Pouring it into a blender then I blend.

I placed a clean pot on fire, adding palm oil (red oil).

I allowed it to heat up for awhile then I added diced onions, a little locust beans and blended pepper into it.

Then I added my seasoning to taste (bullion cube and salt).

And I also added some dry catfish and cow skin (ponmo) to give it a little spice.

I allowed the sauce to cook for about 2 minutes then I added my vegetable.

I stirred to mix well with the sauce and I allowed to cook for another 2 minutes then I serve.
