How are you,I would like to say good morning to everyone. Today I brought to show you the mushroom temperament. A nutritious dish as well as a very tasty dish.Let's see how to make it.
Ingedients;
- A packet of 200 g mushrooms
- A teaspoon of chilli pieces
- 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- Half teaspoon of curry powder
- Half teaspoon of pepper powder
- Half teaspoon of mustard seeds
- A teaspoon of salt powder
- Curry leaves
- Chopped garlic
- Chopped ginger
- Chopped b onions
- One and half cups pf water
- Chopped green chillies
- Pandan leaves
- Chopped tomatoes
- Three tablespoons of oil
The method of making;
Shred the mushrooms into medium-sized pieces.
Add one and a half cups of hot water, cover with a lid and leave for five minutes.
Then squeeze the water out of the mushrooms.
Now add turmeric powder, curry powder and pepper powder.Add half a teaspoon of chilli pieces.
Add salt and mix well.
Put a pan on the stove and add oil to it. When the oil heats up, add the chopped ginger and garlic and fry until golden brown.Then add chopped b onions, curry leaves, pandan leaves and green chillies.
Now add the mushrooms.
Add salt and chilli pieces and half a teaspoon each.
Add the mustard seeds and mix well for about five minutes on low heat.
Finally add the tomatoes and remove from the stove.
Come and enjoy the hot mushroom temper.
This is a very tasty temperament suitable for vegetarians as well.Has a very high nutritional value.So I think it will be a very tasty dish that my dear friends can also try and see.
