El día de hoy les traigo una receta súper deliciosa que espero disfruten mucho.
Aquí vamos.
Necesitaremos.

We will need.
- 1 Leche condensada o 395 ml.
- 395 ml de leche líquida.
- 7 huevos.
- Vainilla.
Para el caramelo, tan solo vamos a necesitar:
- 1 taza de azúcar.
- 1/2 taza de agua.
- 1 condensed milk or 395 ml.
- 395 ml of liquid milk.
- 7 eggs.
- Vanilla.
For the caramel, we will only need:
- 1 cup of sugar.
- 1/2 cup of water.
Primeramente colocamos al fuego el azúcar para caramelo, con la media taza de agua. A fuego medio y sin remover. Hasta que este adquiera ese color dorado cristalino. Inmediatamente después lo agregamos a nuestra bandeja del quesillo y esparcimos por toda la superficie con sumo cuidado.

First place the caramel sugar on the fire with the half cup of water. Over medium heat and without stirring. Until it acquires that crystalline golden color. Immediately after we add it to our quesillo tray and spread it all over the surface very carefully.

Luego, en la licuadora arrojamos los huevos, la leche, la leche condensada, vainilla al gusto (yo utilice dos cucharadas) y batimos hasta que todos los ingredientes se integren.
Posterior a esto, agregamos nuestra mezcla a nuestra bandeja donde anteriormente teníamos el caramelo, colando el líquido para evitar que pueda quedar algún grumo.
Tapamos bien con papel aluminio. Llevamos a fuego medio, en baño maría por un espacio de tiempo de 45 min a 1 hora. Podemos abrir y pinchar en el centro con un palillo o cuchillo, si este sale seco en totalidad, significa que nuestro postre ya está listo.
Then, in the blender we add the eggs, milk, condensed milk, vanilla to taste (I used two tablespoons) and blend until all the ingredients are integrated.
After this, we add our mixture to the pan where we previously had the caramel, straining the liquid to avoid any lumps.
Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake in a bain-marie over medium heat for 45 minutes to 1 hour. We can open and prick the center with a toothpick or knife, if it comes out completely dry, it means that our dessert is ready.

Dejamos reposar un poco, alrededor de 10 minutos y desmoldamos. ¡Estamos listos para degustar!
