Yesterday we made a sortie to the previous apartment. It suddenly occurred to my friend to try calling a taxi) Considering that there were a lot of things to pick up, we supported this option. In the local taxi app, the rates were the same.
And what do you think? Everything worked out!) We took everything we planned and even watered the flowers before leaving. I was surprised that the driver was a woman. She said that work helps her - the roof is already going at home from idleness - Oh, true story..
By the way, now I have the opportunity to somehow resume work. Among the things we took was my sister's Core i7 laptop. Yesterday I've already installed the working software. And just in case, copied HL2 from the old one. I'll still have to finish it. Love this game ;)
But this morning the electricity suddenly disappeared)) We are waiting. Been informed that work is already underway.

Вчера совершили вылазку на предыдущую квартиру. Моему другу внезапно сбрело в голову попробовать вызвать такси) Учитывая что предстояло забрать много вещей, мы поддержали этот вариант. В местном приложении такси тарифы были прежние.
И что вы думаете? Все получилось!) Мы забрали все что планировали и даже полили цветы перед уходом. Меня удивило, что водителем оказалась женщина. Она говорила, что работа ей помогает - дома от безделья крыша уже едет. Как же я её понимаю..
Кстати, теперь и у меня появилась возможность как-то возобновлять работу. Среди вещей, что мы забрали был ноут моей сестры на Core i7. Вчера уже накатил рабочий софт. И на всякий скопировал HL2 со старого. Нужно будет допроходить все же ;)
Но сегодня утром внезапно пропала электроэнергия)) Ждем, нам сообщили, что работы уже ведутся.
It is so interesting to hear the perspective of someone living through this all. Even more interesting that you're able to find some way to entertain yourself in the meantime. I'm glad you have some way to mentally escape from all that's going on around you and that there is some semblance of normalcy on occasion...I hope this all ends soon, but I know hope isn't good enough...
