Since the beginning of my Hive journey, I have been a 100% "Mobile phone" type of User (OK, maybe not 100%, but 99% for sure π ).
I'm completely opposite to you... I'm 99% laptop user and I use my mobile phone ONLY if I'm outside my home, or too lazy to get up from bed... π
Regarding phone numbers, I have no idea, but I'm attached to my first mobile number which I got almost 30 years ago?!! I still own it, but I do not use it regularly as it's the number outside my country of living π... During the summer, I top up credit, and voila! I can use it again! π
One thing that I do similar to you is to have more available options... In my case, I took 2 different ISPs for my fiber network and for my mobile phone... So, if one network goes down, I can always use the other one (or a hotspot for my laptop)... π
Also, I have 2 SIM cards in my phone for extreme situations when I need a lot of Internet data or one of the two doesn't have roaming... :)

Since my regular job takes almost 11 hours a day, where I'm at my laptop for more than 7 hours, I hate turning on my laptop at home π
I have the number from the last millennium (π how terribly old it sounds), I think I got it in 1999 and I haven't changed it since then...
And as for the internet package, in my private phone I have an E-Sim with 20GB for backup internet, when I use up my own GB from the package, I have Ubigi and Airalo for roaming internet, while a 100GB package is included in the business phone.
Enough π
That's a lot of Internet data! You are well-prepared for even an apocalyptic event! π
Apocalyptic scenarioπ
I saw a movie in the cinema on Saturday, yesterday I watched Mad Max 2, one would think that I am preparing π
But one mini solar power plant - could be a good investment...
