If I understand this, this is only from a cost per Card point of view (based on each PP).
So it cheaper to get a MAX common card.

PP indicates the production output of a card and if a common make 1000 PP and a common GF has the putout of 2000 PP, then for the 50% cost increase, I get a 100% return.

Am I missing something with this Logic?

The right column is the cost per PP. that's the most efficient but not necessarily the cheapest maxed card to buy.
