I loved this post, especially the roma tomatoes and peppers.
Usually my crops are a little more extensive, but I have read a lot about the roma tomato, it is a saladette type and premature harvest, its fruits are in much less time than others. Commercially it is very resistant to viruses and bacteria and has a very rigid pulp with incredible flavor, it is special for pasta or pizza sauces.
I am sure I want to continue to see the growth of these plants.
I love the Roma tomato for making sauces as they are perfect for that. Thank you for stopping in and giving us the great info on the tomato plants. ;-)
