On my own natural medicine journey, I tend to wait until things are providentially presented to me
Couldn't agree more! I think I've spoken to you about my girlfriend's experience with daytura, so yes, don't dose up too high! I've been struggling with my asthma a lot due to the pines releasing big sheets of pollens, so I feel your pain - I'm glad you got relief and it came to you when you needed it most. I'm on bloody steroids for a week, much to my horror - nothing was working, not even mullein. I need to make stronger medicine in PREPARATION next year, rather than a last minute patch. Big, big note to self. I suffer super severe asthma so please don't hate me for being desperate enough to choose steroids to save me - honestly, this pine pollen is killing both of us! Jamie's had awful HIVES too, and a plethora of hayfever symptoms. Goodness me - I tell you want - garlic fermented in honey is the BOMB! You definitely have to give that a go!

@riverflows Oh, I'm jealous of your pine pollen! It'll be my turn with it soon enough though. Tincture it, quick! The tincture is good for allergies and boosts energy, libido, fat burning, all kinds of good stuff. It's probably my favorite.
And hell no I don't blame you for turning to steroids. Sometimes it's just not convenient to die 🤣
But seriously, pine pollen tincture. It's steroids. And it tastes awesome in a morning cup of OJ.
