With eternal pleasures at your right hand.

This highlights the promise of eternity with God.

Think about the best day you've ever had, the laughter, the peace, the feeling that everything is perfect..Now imagine that never-ending. That's the joy God promises.

In ancient times, sitting at a king's right hand meant a place of honor and favor. God offers us this privileged position, not because we've earned it, but because of His love and grace.

Think of a friend inviting you to sit at the head of their table during a special meal. It's their way of saying, You're important to me. God's invitation to eternal joy is like that but on a much greater scale.

John 14 verses 2 to 3 reassures us of this eternal joy.

In my Father's house are many rooms, If it were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare?

Would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you?

Consider a gardener planting seeds. The process involves dirt, waiting, and hard work, but eventually flowers bloom.

In life, we face hardships that feel like dirt moments. But when we trust God and stay close to Him, joy blooms even in adversity.

Take Paul, for example. Despite being imprisoned, he wrote in Philippians 4 verse 4,

Rejoice in the Lord always

His joy wasn't based on money. Seek His presence, spend time in prayer and worship. Trust His path, even when it's unclear, believe God is guiding you. Embrace His promises, remember the best is yet to come.

When we live with this mindset, we start to see life differently. Joy becomes not just an emotion but a way of life, rooted in God's love and promises.

As Psalm 30 verse 5 says,

Weeping may stay for the night, but rejoicing comes in the morning.

Hold on to God and He will fill your life with joy that lasts forever.

Stay Blessed.
