There isn't much to say about this post. I came across a bunch of old photographs earlier today while searching for some folders filled with music downloaded long ago, mostly Brazilian music from the late 60s that I used to listen to in my car a decade or so ago. The photographs you'll see, or just saw, here were taken in August of 2008. Have a good viewing.

Yes 🙂 All mantis species look very cool. We have a couple of species here but for the great diversity, one must visit tropical regions.

Amazing mano. I am from Portugal, live in Canada, and been to Brazil before I moved to Canada. My favourite place in Brazil is Santa Catarina. The beaches are just amazing. I was there in early 90's. I'd love to go back for a vacation.

Yes, a combination of Bossa Nova, rock & roll, local folk music, and psychedelic experiments. 😀 A lot of stuff in the mix. But I wrote wrong in the post, it's music from the early to mid-seventies. Not many bands and authors, and not many such albums of those bands and authors can be found.

All pictures are great but I'm particularly interested in the nymph especially the fourth picture. Is that horn looking thing at the top left its head? I've never seen one in real life.
