Como pueden observar realizamos diferentes movimientos como handstand, handstand one arm, planche.
Estamos formando un movimiento, el cual tiene como nombre Assension limit, somos un grupo de calistenia de la localidad de Puerto Píritu- Anzoátegui y buscamos difundir nuestro deporte para que más personas se vean interesadas en el, actualmente hay muchos integrantes que apenas están comenzando a entrenar pero poco a poco iremos puliendo nuestras habilidades, sin más que que decir este fue mi aporte del día de hoy.
