Weight loss is a very complicated process and it requires a lot of patience and consistency. We all want to be slim and fit but very few people are successful in achieving this milestone. Fortunately, I have been successful in losing my weight of around 10 Kilograms in a very short period of two months and I have done this without joining any gym. So, without wasting any time let me tell you the two magical tips that worked for me.

**1. WALK **
Walking has played a pivotal role in achieving this milestone. As I mentioned earlier, I did not join the gym so I was going for a walk every day and since I could not get time to walk in the early morning I did it late at night for straight 2 hours. Along with that, I was also doing around 15 to 20 minutes walk after every meal or snack that I ate. That goal was to increase the digestion process hence, it helped me in losing my weight fast.
2. DIET
Diet is another very important thing that plays a huge role in losing weight. I did not take anything special. I just used a simple formula which is the average person consumes around 2000 calories in a day so I made this goal to eat food that contains calories less than 2000 calories so I can go back from surplus calories to calorie deficit. I was consuming around 1200 to 1500 calories in a day along with the walk.
So, I believe that these two magical things worked for me and I wanted to share it with you all so that you can also lose weight and look handsome/beautiful again and also get back confidence in this society.
