Like us who grew up in the era of civil war, more or less we feel afraid when we see troops passing on the highway, because every time we see them our memories will always point to the past about violence, we are always overshadowed by brutal acts. in the past, we repeatedly tried to let go but unfortunately fear still came to us when we were careless and not focused.

Maybe our question now is how to cure it?
