I had this one saved for and it's a good list of foods to eat. I say it definitely works since I've felt a big change in my dopamine levels (that is, my sense of seeing good things for me, then making them a reality by doing some action) and then, of course, that brings a sense of happiness and good feelings..
so give these foods a try or just try and eat em more..
(chicken, eggs, other stuff like that)
I've starting eating 9 almonds whenever I get hungry or even before I eat chips or stuff.. and I get that extra protein and eat less of the junk.
this one works right away as it tastes great, but without all the guilt..
who knew it was also good for ur dopamine? I just have learned to add this.. cuz.. doesn't everyone??
I eat bananas with my oatmeal or yogurt in the mornings. Not so much the strawberries tho.. maybe I should add some.
