Nowadays, with the new generations who are fragile and sensitive to everything, it seems unusual to me that these things are happening. In my time, when I was raised in the 70s, I was beaten, and I learned to be the decent and well-mannered man that I am today. I believe that extremes are not necessary, there must be discipline and cases where there is violence must be investigated. A victim of domestic violence for more than 40 years tells you this, I know what that is, and it never occurred to me to report my father when I was young or a teenager. Later when I was an adult with judgment, of course things changed, but I was already mature, and not a child.
I agree that there are laws, that there be an investigation into whether parents abuse, and after that, if there is evidence, that they be prosecuted, it is the most logical thing.

There are no such discipline as in the past. It would be referred to as violence against the child.
Children are being taught their rights in school now and they will go extra mile to defend it anytime.
This is actually a threat to this generation and the authorities are paying attention to only one side.
