It doesn't matter where you live, how rich or poor you are, it's not hard to sort your waste, it's not hard to store it properly and it's obvious how dangerous it is to both human and animal health, as well as the health of the land too, so I'm glad that you have written this and that your teacher is trying to teach people the right thing to do.
But the teacher should not have to teach these things to people as the right thing to do is simply commonsense and logic.
And there are so many ways to re-use waste as much as being able to recycle waste and you don't need money to do it, so good on you @rakhmatmargajaya for sharing this with us.

Yep, so you think people have always been like that or are getting worse?
I think most people in my place don't use common sense and logic in dealing with garbage.
