i did yes. i did one called 14 days to god mode by The Detox Dudes. i got rid of mucoid plaque and gallstones! it included a castor oil cleanse which is intended to get rid of parasites. i want to do it once a year.

Well done. i can't seem to pluck up the courage to do a cleanse at the mo. although i definitely need to. Feelinf a bit low, eating a lot (albeit quite good & vegan food), getting fat & not being productive/creative. i am managing to meditate daily and FIR sauna though. Anyway, the time will come.
