Life is about letting it out when it becomes toxic.
One thing I'm grateful for this year is I had the opportunity to be toxic. Yes.
Not that I'm proud of it in a "yes I'm toxic, so what?" kinda way, I'm just happy I was and the fact that it helped me let go a lot of garbage from within.
Letting it out wasn't easy mhan! but God brought the right people and situations.
Friends who let me live and breathe without judging me knowing fully well that I once carried the "live by example" title on my head like a tray of oranges.
I cried this year (I mean who didn't?)
I did bad things, I won't go into details.
They're bad things to me but they may not be bad things to some people, if you know what I mean.
(These are things I won't regret in the future though. I had my limits).
I got time to reflect, be grateful and take a good inventory on myself.
Being toxic and releasing some people who I didn't need in my life felt good.
Some people will just come into your life to stress the hell out of you. Release them.
My being toxic did not just involve bad things and letting people go. I held onto some people too.
Being toxic and letting it all out helped me to clearly see the value in some people in my life and guess what? I held unto them firmly and told them consistently how I truly value them.
It was easier for me to do because I let all the bad energy go and embraced genuine unconditional love more.
I'm writing to you as a living testimony that letting all the toxicity out is a game changer and eye opener.
Don't keep garbage inside for too long.
You're too beautiful for that.
