Hello everyone! Hope you're all doing good!
Been a while since my last post. Currently busy preparing for a pageant and dance competition and I'm lucky to have my free time today to publish a post right here.
Recently, my life had been full of wonders and positive vibes. I've been through a lot of places out of town with my friends and I really wanted to share the experience to everyone here. These travels I had always give me the peace of mind and a literal break from the stress I'm facing.
In my age, I really believed to the line that says, "Gumala ka habang bata ka pa" ("Wander while you're still young" in English). It makes sense since when we grow older, responsibility are something that can hinder. Well then, let me share to you here my new destination. Guintubdan Resort at La Carlota City.
For me, this is the coldest resort that I've been to. Going here, we had to take off from Bacolod as early as 6 AM for us to avoid traffic and delays. Along the way, we captured some astonishing photos of the sunrise while driving. Cold temperatures on the road as well as we're getting near to the place. Forest like roads on the mountains gives us the chill vibes while driving.
By the time we arrived, we took some breakfast first at a nearby cafeteria. There, we planned the whole trip of what to do and the exact time we'll go home. A little crazy type of planning though but that's typically normal for us, hahahaha.
Then, we had put ourselves in comfort and took a little rest on our little cottage while I took some photos I can keep. I can say that the place is really amazing and peaceful. The flowers on the area along with the cold winds. Really a perfect place for summer.
Then we did go for a swim on the cold spring that the resort has. It was lovely because it is clean and clear. You can even see a coin under the water. Believe me, the water is really cold. Very perfect for this increasing temperature readings. We talked a lot and we took pictures as well that we can post on our social media accounts. We stayed and enjoyed the cold water there for the rest of the time that we planned before taking a bath and preparing ourselves to go home. One reasons that we usually go home early is that we're call center agents and some of us had shift later the night on that same day so we still need to rest.
After that, we grabbed everything and drive all the way back home. Although it's a quick nature trip but it really is worth it. At least we're able to get the break that we need for that week before going back to our normal work lives again. Along the way, I took some photos that I want to share to everyone. In my point of view, it is really beautiful and I hope you'll like these too!
Overall, we did enjoyed our quick trip and we're not yet tired for more. Well, thank you so much for your time in reading this blog of mine. I really appreciated it. I still have a lot of stories to tell here and I'll be posting it sooner. Hope you enjoyed reading my blog! God bless!
Grabe, iba talaga pag may motor nuh, rides rides lang. Pasabay nga minsan diyan.
As in, kahit saan pwede nang gumala. Taraaa, invite the friends and lezgaw HAHAHAH
Ah, cold spring! Just what we need in these hot summer days 😅
Totally agree, the feeling of being toasted alive can be relieved at least HAHAHAHA
