A Eco walk around Solang valley

in Worldmappin6 months ago

Solang Valley is a very beautiful valley located in Himachal Pradesh, which has a height of 2450 meters. This place is located at the confluence of Dhauladhar mountain range and Pir Panjal range. Whether it is the 5980 meter high Hanuman Tibba peak or the Beas river flowing here, all appear immersed in joy. I have to go here twice a year and every time this valley does not disappoint, not only this, whenever I see the landscapes here, I feel the newness of this place every time. A valley that wins your heart.

On the first day we reached Solang Valley by driving a car from Delhi, it took us 13 hours to cover a distance of 550 km. And in the evening of the same day, we go to the famous temple here which is famous by the name of Anjani Mahadev by trekking. Seeing God is a wonderful event in itself, and because of this both the heart and mind get overwhelmed by getting the blessings of God.

Today is the second day and we went to Kullu in the morning to get permission for the event but the work could not be completed because DM sir was not available. On the way back we have lunch. There are mountains around here which are about 4000 meters high and in the foothills of these mountains there are pomegranate and apple orchards. Right now the locals are busy working so that they can sell the best fruits of the season in the market and prepare for the next season.

Coming back we check in the room after which we change our clothes and decide to take a short walk around. Wearing shoes we again set out on the narrow trails where the sunset is stretching and in a short while the sun will set after which it will become so cold that we will have to get into the quilt. We go on foot to the paragliding site where there is a ropeway. This ropeway is mainly used in winters when its competitions are held here.

In front there is Bhrigu lake, there are clouds on the Patalsu mountains and the redness of the sunset has turned the entire environment including the valley orange. I have almost become woolly after seeing such a magical view. While on one side the clouds are strolling, on the other hand the paragliders are trying to block the glow of the setting sun by performing stunts in the sky. I am watching this confluence and thinking that I wish I could stand on the clouds someday. While flying in my dream world, I forget that my companion is getting bored with me.

After spending about two hours outside, we start walking back towards the hotel. Since we had not gone very far, we soon return to the hotel. We end the day by drinking tea and welcome the night. So that's all for today, we will meet again in some other blog where I will take you on a tour of some beautiful place situated in the lap of the Himalayas. Till then, be happy and keep doing whatever you feel like doing.
