Ya ..Its been going on for a while . X missed a deadline imposed by Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes to name a legal representative in Brazil, triggering the suspension.
Hmmmm.... So, that's a high level problem that can be fixed with negotation.
If it was a "we don't like X's community" problem, it'll probably never get fixed...
