I don't even know of any other interface to navigate through hive blockchain outside of InLEO.
That's weird, that shouldn't happen. Did you use a PC or mobile? What's your operating system and browser?
Am using mobile and the only platform I know is InLEO. The browser am using is chrome and I logged in using Keystore as that's what I used to create the account as a newbie. Am using Android.
