Leading the legal efforts for the alleged victim is Tony Busby, a Texas-based lawyer who stated to Reuters that the lawsuit speaks clearly for itself, asserting that this matter will be taken to court for a full legal determination.
Furthermore, Busby mentioned that his law firm had sought to reach an amicable settlement. However, it was after this attempt that Jay-Z filed a counter lawsuit against both Busby and his associates, alleging harassment, which Busby has labeled as an intimidation tactic aimed at silencing his client.
