Initially, the motorcycle's year was debated, with guesses flying from 1975 to 1976. A thorough examination revealed that this particular model was indeed made in March of 1975. The SX225, with its two-stroke engine and brilliant design, was a stunning example of Harley’s innovation during this time. Nestled in a storage unit, its 1,368 miles indicated potential for a rich history yet to be explored.
The motorcycle was accompanied by original parts and documents, including a handwritten note from the grandmother of the current owner, marking the bike's significance. The bike had proudly remained in their family since it was won in a charity raffle over four decades ago.
