naaah this is over killing yourself, I can not stay awake this long atleast now as I could do 20-22 in my younger days.
So having a 6-8 hours sleep is must unless you are a supper busy person and short on time.

I think we should always take out 6 hours of time to sleep properly. Atleast that is needed to help ourself give our 100% for the rest of the day.
I think I complet 8 hours daily now
Trying to reduce to 5-6 hours but still better
