Namaskar / Hello to all hive users, who will reach this post. I hope you are doing great and having fun in your life and enjoying it with your loved ones.
Not all of us do think about this, "what is considered a good time to retire?" what about you do you feel about this? For the past few days, I have been thinking a lot about that. But only by thinking sure that it is not going to happen, I have to make efforts to make it real and make it happen for sure. In the past, it was considered 60 years (as per what I have seen around) ideal years to retire. But now no one has that much patience to wait for 60 years to wait for retirement(do you have that).
No one knows what is going to happen in the next moment the time has changed a lot. Life is so uncertain for sure,(this is not a warning just saying 🙃). But still, we do spend half of our life and some do spend their entire life earning and surviving and most of them don't even be to any new place they are just at the same place where they did born and die there too.
So I do consider early retirement a good idea what do you think? But all of us have plans to do that and maybe really don't want all to have their own reason for that. We can't judge them if we all are in a good place.
I do consider retiring at the age of 40 years is fair enough we do have time left to travel and enjoy our life but the only condition is that you have to work really hard for 40 years at least for the future if we do reach there. many do believe in the "live the present" that is good too but still, we should save for the future. I am not saying you have to save all the money and live a life like a stingy. I am sure if you will do that and after a few years, you will be like that for sure.
Develop more sources of income, more like a passive income 😇. I am sure hive is on the list of everyone who is here and of course, that is not a bad choice but should have other options too. like the stocks market, I have seen that many stocks (India) give yearly dividends(just for holding their stocks for years). I am not sure about other countries' stocks but in my opinion, they all do the same.
If we di plan for things then sure that can happen one day we just have to be consistence with what have planned to do. Thanks to the developer there are thousands of applications that do help us with that we just have to set the amount and select the date of debit that's it 😅(simple and easy isn't it).

Make passive sources of income is the key. But also remember to have some passive sources of income which will keep up with inflation.
Hive returns or fixed deposit returns or even stick dividends will not grow with inflation. So consider real estate rent. That will grow as inflation grows.
And ofcourse distribute.
Who knows your useless pelacor conjurer's today might be a good passive source of income after an year.
