from the talks it looks like they have a good plan. The problem is that you need a lot of people participating to get a good playback of videos, but i think 3speak plans to cover it with their resources until enough of people are in it.
And then we can hope and help people to see that there is something else than youtube. It could happen, i hope it will.

I think they are going to get people involved by offering an airdrop.
Dan seems big on if you want someone to do something, give then incentive.
