Kraken is a pretty good exchange, have been using it for years.
That being said, I try to keep only assets I'm actively trading on CEXs. Everything else on decentralized wallets.

I also keep it a cold storage, the issue is when offramping, if I want to go to euros or dollars, I need to use a CEX, and most CEXs carry the risk of you depositing and they freezing your account for no reason...
Yeah, never had that problem with Kraken so can recommend that. 👍
