He's not the one that bats, pitches or fields. It's more than the manager. They are inconsistent and will look somewhat different next season. This season is more of a transitional season. The manager and general manager or both new to the team and there has to be a long history of organization screw ups starting from the bottom to the top that needs to be phased out but it will take time. With that said, it's frustrating to see them have an actual chance to at least make the playoffs but they are blowing it.

I get it, so it makes sense for them to be new to the team. Sometimes it requires time to adapt. But I see that time is something now that the team doesn't have much of.
