The gym can be a place where people don’t know what they want and I was also in this shoe for many months. When I joined the gym my goal was to be bulky. I want to be big that when I’m going in the streets, I want people to notice me and this is because of the Internet, I was influenced by what I was looking at on the Internet, and I get easily carried away by what I saw but at the end of the day I realize that getting big or bulky was never my thing it was against my personality and not only that I struggle to get bulky, I don’t like myself in the process.
How many of us the Internet has influenced us to create a habit, it is easy to believe that you love something when you see people on the Internet doing it but when you put in the work and you are in the process, this is when you understand that it’s against your personality, you are just being influenced by people you saw on the Internet and the amount of time you’ve been spending on the screen, this has nothing to do with what you love. The more time I spent in the gym the more I realized that I love an athletic body. I don’t want to be bulky but I want to have an athletic body, I want to be smart. I want to be able to carry myself and being bulky was not for me, but having an athletic body became my premium goal, I changed all of my workout routine and I’ve been able to achieve that in less than one year because I enjoyed it.
You should enjoy your habit
The main reason why I was able to get an athletic body in one year was because I put in the work and immediately changed my workout routine I realized that I began to enjoy my workout and the more I enjoyed it the more I wanted to do it over and over again, which makes it very easy for me to develop a habit. You see most people come to the gym or create a beat that they don’t love. They just saw people online doing it and they want to do it also not because they love it. Your habits should be what you enjoy doing and not what you see people doing. Most people are doing a habit because they force their beliefs on them, they don't enjoy it.
Your habit should be what you enjoy and Immediately You think otherwise about your habit There’s no point in trying to force it, That means it is against your personality. Everything that you are doing whether it is habit or every aspect that you are trying to improve in your life when it is against your personality, don’t try to force it. Try to create what works for you, when you know what works for you creating a habit will be the easiest thing on earth no matter how difficult it looks to the people outside because it rhymes with your personality You won’t find it difficult to enjoy.
Know what you want
It’s not compulsory to be a bodybuilder or have a bulky body, when it comes to fitness we have so many aspects to it. You can love cardio, You can love running, climbing mountains, can doing every other thing that works for you and this goes with creating another habit. If you are trying to read is not compulsory you read Finance books, you can read romantic books, adventure, books, and so on. When you are creating a habit that works for you, don’t let any societal pressure or anybody push you to what is against your personality, creating a habit is a personal journey You should enjoy it.

No wonder forming certain habits can be very hard no matter how much we try to do it, we always fall short. Nowadays, it's definitely way easier to pick up any habit we find on the internet, thinking that it'll be good for us just because someone else is good at it. Knowing ourselves is really an important part when forming habits.
Many of us fail to digest our intentions. What I mean here is this, in the digestion process comes sieving.
I try to keep up with training too yet not to look bulky, it's good to look presentable and fit. This applies to many aspect of my life, I choose what is best to keep me going
We must choose what is best for us and not what other people think is best for us and this is why people struggle with habit they try to do what is against their personality
