Retaining users is one big thing
I hate it when i take my time to introduce a person, put them through everything and they give up before doing anything meaningful on web3. It can be discouraging for the onboarder.

Retention is a challenge. We have a great growing core of users though, of which many are here!
Yeah, you are right. Just a little word of what hive is all about would get anyone interest but retention is another thing especially people that get tired of things easily.

Well it's not easy when you do that and then they leave. So now what I do is I allow them to read a lot of stuff and then come to me when they have any problems. Hive is so broad so it can be overwhelming at times.
Yeah,what i do for my onboardee is asking them what they are good at and what they love doing then introduce community to them. If they can get around it well enough, they would be able to spread their wings later on
