1 PLOT is 10K Points and 1 DEC is 1 Point for SPS Airdrop, right?

I am not sure about the points for DEC, but you are correct that each PLOT earns 10K points towards SPS airdrops.

Land Plots in Splinterlands. It's suppose to be something you can use in a later expansion of the game.

Yes, and 1 SPT is .25 pts. DEC value on cards are 1 pt. DEC placed in LPs are 2 pts. Don't have any totems or champions points so couldn't tell you about those. Haven't joined a guild yet either although I've been toying with starting my own.
