I tend to lean more towards the work side of the work-life balance. Some day, I expect it'll tip in the other direction. I'm not quite as good as keeping a healthy balance and have burned out in the past.
There's no set routine... but my work hours are generally 70-80 hours per week + 10-14 hours of commuting per week + time spent managing FC. The totality of this is likely the biggest contributing factor to burnout. I'm currently not feeling burnt out, but I'm always teetering on the edge.
I always keep my work minimal and do not forget the work life balance. How about you?

How's your routine and daily plan looks like? Try to divide them into small chunks it could help avoiding burnout
