Things like LIST and BEE are linked to tags. So when you comment on other people's post and they upvote you, you will get some of these tokens.
COM is a dividend type token linked to LIST so you get some everyday if you have staked LIST or HUSTLER tokens.
As for the DHEDGE, I don't know where you get it except for drips.
ALERT is probably randomly airdropped to you. I get them sometimes.
