OpenSea was very bad.
Also another black eye the industry does not need.
OpenSea Under Fire After Admitting Employee “Insider Trading” On NFTs
Another reason for decentralization. It seems the industry is just baiting the regulators to come in and lock everything down.
Stupidity.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
See this is the shit that causes massive problems, imagine how much of it is going on especially with Defi and pump and dumps. There has always got to be someone that ruins it for everyone.
Yep and the regulators use that as the case example as to why it needs to crack down.
We are our own worst enemy. All the dipshits talking lambos and billions were the ones who draw the attention of the authorities. If the industry policed itself, we might not be in this position.

Hive has a good system with down votes and I've jumped on board, need to protect assets. We've had new legislation in Australia for social media which sees mainstream media and bloggers held accountable for defemation written online.
Alot of people took things too far, unfortunately I was at the hand of some viral bullshit defamation where my opposition was producing content that I assaulted and stalked women. Despite being in a long term relationship of 20 years, two kids and the allegations not being true there was no ability for accountability. When these statements are not only visible on mainstream social media but actual news websites it creates a false truth.
Social media will no doubt become a focus in time in more countries. I don't know why people behave in such a manner..
Yea, it only take a couplebad apples to mess shit up for everyone else

I am pretty sure even NEXO and Celsius would eventually be found in news like this.
I can't imagine giving interest rates on crypto while all of their company actions are in shadows.
It never worked for CRED and Uphold, and I doubt if it would work for NEXO and Celsius forever.
Well I think they give out loans to generate the interest but yea I also wonder how they generate the interest they are giving to their costumers.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
I mean did we really think insider trading wasn't a thing in crypto? Look at coinbase as of the last two years or even before that.
Heck look at the stock market and the recent IPOs lol
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Even the Fed chairman was caught doing some insider trading. The stock market is ripe with it and even Congress isn't exempt from it.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Exactly they need to seriously start looking at themselves first or just remove the SEC as it's freakin pointless. I love one of the senators grilling him the other day about clarity and he ligit doesn't even have anything to say. So sick of all the BS lately going on with all of this and more senators need to stand up or get the F out.
Yea, the tempation is just too big. We probably know about less than 10% of all the insider trading that is going on all over the world
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Yea we need more decentralization and a way to stop people from seeing what comes down the list. Of course people with knowledge of the algorithm can probably still predict which NFTs would show up though.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Yeah, this is not good at all. Unbelievable they let employees get away with that. It's the blockchain for crying out loud! Everything is transparent. Did they think no one would ever notice?!? Morons....

Hivelist just announced a facelift featuring a brand new NFT marketplace.
The HiveList NFT Marketplace might be one to watch going forward.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Awesome! ✌
Splintertalk has an NFT marketplace too.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
That would be nice to have. I remember I tried to mint an NFT a while ago just for the fun of it but it was on ETH and those stupid fees made me give up
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Just pointing out that Rising Star is a game and also a marketplace because musicians can mint their music and sell them as NFTs inside the game website.
Pretty cool feature!

Oh yes. Hash Kings too xD Let's farm some Digital Ganja 😬✌️

I have no idea. I'm still trying to figure out which game I would be good at if it won't be Splinterlands. My head hurts when I try to figure it out.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Splinterlands can be tricky at first but I'm having a lot of help from my guild and also from watching streamers.
There is a learning curve, but it's a very fun game once you get around it
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
I can handle learning curves, but I'm used to games like poker, Uno, Sudoku, and Tetris.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Check out LUCKSACKS.COM. They have been around a long time. I love poker but have not played on their site in a while. Great development team and solid folks that run the site! You can win HIVE and it is free to play, free to win.
Only downside is trying to get a table together. We have a core group of people that have played over the years and, I do not know why, just not a lot of participation.
@guiltyparties introduced me to the game. He is one of the original devs.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Well according nft mart, there are is a game of life and fish master.

Splinterlands is the no. 1 blockchain game on DAppRadar. Going strong! ✌
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
A good one for splinterlands and the hive blockchain. I believe the game will continue to grow and that, in turn, will impact the hive blockchain positively.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Yes, it's an asset to Hive. A special project that brings a lot of value to the table! ✌
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Yea. I hope we can improve the conversion of players who end up using other features of Hive as well. That would be great
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Lag is pretty normal after such a huge spike what we are about is active. With new reward cards it gives people a little more reason to play but hopefully when new packs drop we see those numbers explode as there will be more cards to go out for decks which people can play with. I feel like the bulk joined when cards were hard to come by.

That's true! A lot of cool stuff is yet to come. We saw a sudden spike and it had to come down a bit. Everyone is so excited about the Chaos Legion Cards and the Land Expansion. The game is popping up everywhere on other social media platforms. We are doing great actually and it doesn't seem to stop anytime soon.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
That's my case. I got some of the new reward cards and some from my guild which helped me a lot but I'm looking forward to the new packs
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
You spoke too soon. I just saw Splinterlands at #2 on dappradar.com. The day is coming when it will be #1 AND STAY #1 regularly.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Haha. I guess the no. of active players keep changing!
100%. Very soon! ✌️✌️
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Seems the new sign ups are lagging of late. It will be interesting to see if they continue to fall off.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
The count might go up again once they release the Chaos Legion Cards. Should be there some time next month.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Well I think they tapped the obvious people so the rest will take some work to convince but I think word of mouth will still help them grow.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Well, there's lagging and then there's lagging. If you compare them to where they were just a couple months ago they are still off the charts.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
I think once the new packs drop we can see an increase again
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
When will this be, because even the dice that cost 300 DEC are completely sold out, everything is sold like hot cakes and resold like tesla vouchers.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Wow that is great. Alien Worlds is a little too overhyped in my opinion because they can't do anything about the WAX traffic.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
100% overhyped! I think it's comparable to Exode but as far as I know, Exode will be much better. They already have better graphics than Alien Worlds.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Seeing this makes me super bullish on Splinterlands,
even more that I was before.
This game is far from being completely rolled out, with land coming in and bringing new SPS rewards for ranked matches it will have a positive effect on alll hive communities.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Yes, there is a loooonngg way to go yet before they start reaching full potential. If you think about all the different things they're going to be able to do with all these different card sets and splinters they've barely scratched the surface.
I can see them having "Splinter Wars" where you could pick a side and it would be Fire vs Water or Life vs Death. They could do rule-set tournaments. The list really does go on and on. Only melee. Only magic. Whatever.
Right now I think they're just still playing catch-up somewhat to the huge explosion of new users and they've got their hands full with that. But once they get on top of things again and can start implementing other strategies without having to worry about it blowing up, the possibilities really become almost endless.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Yes there is so many possibilities, just imagine a brawls war, where castles and keeps play a role :)

I have been playing for a week only and I'm already bullish on the game. I don't know its history but I'm very surprised at where it stands right now.
Looking forward to see how it evolves
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
With the SPS airdrop going for another couple of hundred days and a ton of new releases on the horizon, Splinterlands active wallets isn't going to just fall off a cliff.
Slow and steady we continue to climb :)
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Yes, Splinterlands is already numero uno. The next 300+ days are going to be crucial and this is the best time to invest in the game to maximize the airdrop.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
That's true. I think that airdrop is really going to help with user retention if the game alone doesn't do it
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
And it will keep going up and up.
I already see my deck with a pretty good value.

Vitalik makes Time Magazine's 100 most influential people and the funny thing is he gave a speech where he produced an offer from Google at an intern wage!
Lmao
I read that somewhere.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Hahaha yup, $US1 Billion burned in less than 6 weeks, ethereum will flip bitcoin in no time. I see why Bitcoin is now finally making some tech upgrades to maintain its position.
The battle between Ethereum and Bitcoin for top spot will happen next year I rekon. If I was smart I'd buy some but I own 0 bitcoin or ethereum. Hive/Leo is my focus.
Can't go wrong with Hive/Leo
But yea, it will be interesting to watch. The flippening will be historic
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
I agree. Do you think HIVE/LEO will ever take a top 3 spot?
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
May sound like dumb question. But how does Vitalik make money? (if we ignore ethereum stock he owns)
The Ethereum 'Foundation' is just a fancy name for Vitalik's company that controls decision making for the network.
He's paid a salary by the company and obviously owns a fuckload of Ethereum and other assets after getting in early... as the creator.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
He probably hears about a lot of projects in the very early stages too so I imagine he has plenty of opportunities to buy cheap crypto
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Why is @leofinance as a Witness so lax about updates to the price feed? Currently 14 days behind. That’s just not acceptable.
If I wasn’t so lazy, I’d have already removed my witness vote. 😅
We should play Khal a courtesy visit, don't you think? 🤡
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Yeah, this isn't great...

Not sure anyone but us die-hards are reading this thread haha.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
@khaleelkazi, you might want to have a look at this!
Might not be a priority but we deserve to be in the top 20. ✌🚀
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Well...according to what I have seen from discussions before, I think they only consider the witness as a side project but it wouldn't hurt to hire a person to at least keep it up to date.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
True . I second this too , everytime I promote leofinance for witness votes - the opposite side will reply with this issue.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Yea I think Khal used to do that but he is swamped with the dozens of projects they are building so now I think no one is taking care of that anymore
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Question.
Is there any blockchain in medical space that is getting valuable or popular?
I know many fly-by-night VC project ones are out there but anything worth having value in that space?
Solve.care is one I've got a little into. They continue to make announcements and are making progress on many different fronts, but it's a MASSIVE, MASSIVE ball of red tape they have to try and wade through, so while I think they might ultimately get somewhere, it's going to take a while.
It trades under 10 cents though so you can speculate and get a decent amount without having to invest too much.
Incidentally, somewhere down the road, one of the ideas was that you would be able to use your Solve tokens to actually pay for medical care. I figured I'd take a little flyer on them in case it ends up working out.
You'll have to do your own research on it though because I haven't paid much attention to it lately with everything going on in HIVE.

Check out this awesome Splinterlands writer who's just posted his first blog from the leofinance.io front-end.
His analysis of the Splinterlands DEC and NFT card markets is worth the read from an investment point of view.
If you're a player of the game, then even better.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Yea it's a great post. There was a bunch of info I didn't know as well and he did some great analysis using the charts available.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Golden info!
For instance, I didn't know about this:
And all that math looks promising but how much should I invest in Chaos Legion Cards? I am not sure!
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Yea but I can't seem to figure out why the DEC we get change from season to season. When things were exploding, DEC earnings were through the roof.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Very good analysis indeed.
As a new player, I need all information I can get

What will be Hive's next big NFT development? I'm excited to see what they will release.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
What type of NFT development do you want? The games are making NFTs and outposts are also issuing community NFTs.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
I have a feeling you will not see that maximized until we see the SpkNetwork integrated in.
As for what NFTs like in-game will be developed, I have no idea on that.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
RC are something very important and currently overlooked but I believe their importance will keep growing as Hive gains more users. This is a good write up on this topic:
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Yea and I expect more issues in the future. I think I recall an issue for an exchange when they didn't power up enough HP and had issues transferring assets for people.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
There is no doubt that Resource Credits are vital to the operation of the Hive ecosystem.
That is going to put a lot of buying pressure on Hive. We are going to some powerful sinks developing for Hive in a medium term.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
PSA: If you ever used the BrightID app before you are eligible for an airdrop.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
First time I'm hearing about that project but it looks like a very interesting one.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Paraguay politician tweeted that if he wins the presidency, he will make bitcoin legal tender
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Well I think it would appeal to the crypto people. I am hoping he does win since it means more friendly crypto policies.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
I'm hoping for the same! And the fact that they are so close to Brazil could really have some influence around here.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
That would be another game-changer. If two or three of these countries go this route and then bitcoin goes to $150k or something, you're going to see a lot more countries taking it seriously. Especially the poor ones with really no way to escape the financial clubs the rich countries wield.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
It is interesting how we are seeing the poor countries stepping up in an effort to get around the richer ones.
If the UDG is powerless to stop Bitcoin in Paraguay or El Salvatore, then it is also powerless to do it among its own citizens.
Thankfully Hive is spreading out more, putting it out of reach of the governments.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
That's true. Paraguay looks like a great match for crypto since they could really use the money and have a lot of cheap hydro power
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Another country that is pushing Bitcoin into the mainstream narrative.
We are seeing it spread. And while Bitcoin is getting that attention, we are seeing development taking place all over the industry.
Things are marching ahead at a rapid pace.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
I hope he wins. Paraguay has a good influence in south America and maybe, if we get a better president here in brazil, we could follow their steps and push crypto in here as well
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Okay. This is getting out of hand. I didn't want this and it sucks to see this early in the morning. 😶
Can someone delegate some spare HP to me for 3 - 4 days? My delegation will take that much time to return.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Try to remain around the 90% VP unfortunately I find myself falling through the 70% at times. I also have alot of people I follow so alot of good content.
I often let my VP return to 100% and allow my account to trail a few people for a few days to break up my voting pattern and evenly distribute upvotes.
I'd recommend joining @enforcer48 down vote trail and help protect the block chain. Every little bit helps and it won't take away from your upvote power.
How does a down vote trail work? How is the DV trail for "@"enforcer48 different from the others? I'm just curious.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Yeah you just jump on Hive.vote and search his name. @enforcer48 is a pretty solid dude (depending on what discord you're in people think he is a woman 🤣) I find his integrity really reassuring and does a great job.
I am just a terrible person, according to some.
Only second to @themarkymark 🤣🤣🤣
Thanks for the quick reply. The recommendation makes sense.
So if "@"enforcer48 down votes someone everyone in the rail downvotes the same post?
If this is the case, does that mean the the down votes done this way make up a bit for the up votes which happen as usual?
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
In a way, its to cut down the rewards the user will get at the payout time. I guess in a way combats all the voting trials and one or two people can't lower down the amount by much.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
One reason for the downvote is to bring rewards inline with what they should be. Some crappy posts somehow end up with a den-worth of LEO when it's obvious it shouldn't have that much LEO, so the downvote can be made then. It's meant to be a way to restore or maintain balance rather than a way to punish.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
You won't get upvotes unless you follow his account for upvotes but you will get a bigger payout in general as downvotes shrink the payouts of people rorting the block chain.
That's good to know. So I would need to follow the account both at the blog level and at the Hive.Vote level for that to work as you described.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
I think you can follow the downvote trail via hive.vote
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
That much I knew from my experience with Hive.Vote. I was wondering why "@"enforcer48 specifically.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Maybe his trail is followed by other well know accounts as well. And it constantly fights abuse. I am sure there are other trails like that.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
That's a good point. That's a good reason to use a down vote trail. I just don't want people complaining about down votes they get from me by way of the down vote trail.
(At the moment, I have more self-DVs than DVs given to me by others. That's ATM.)
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Good question. I never heard about a dwonvote trail
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
I hadn't heard of DV trails either until I started using Hive.Vote. It makes sense that they would exisit, though.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Thanks for the tips mate. Will make sure to avoid getting into such situation again.
If I use less VP to upvote, it doesn't feel worth doing it at all because the upvote value is too small. Most of the time I use more than 60% VP to upvote. Guess I need to change my voting habits.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
You can switch your votes and slide around to what you have available.
Just remember 100% 10 votes 50% 20 votes and 10% 40 votes.
Sometimes it's better to do a heap at 10% and then as you grow increase and reduce the amount of upvotew.
Or just sticking to 10 full upvotes a day will work best for your account until you get big enough.
That makes sense. I am really bad at math so never get into such calculations. It seems easy to follow now. I might stick to 20 odd upvotes per day. But as you mentioned earlier there are so many posts to upvote. 😭
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
If you curate on multiple frontends you can also try to play around with your vote multipliers using LeoDex. I do that and it really helps me to manage my VP
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
One of the reasons my voting power used to fall under 70% was because I was curating multiple second-layer platforms. So I decided to create alts. I am about to create an alt for Leo so I can maximize my curation reward as well.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
I only have one alt for cinetv where I curate. On Hive I tend to rotate the groups I upvote daily
Yea, I think alt accounts are a good choice for that.
Or, if you are lazy like me, you can try to set different multipliers for the other frontends
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
I just focus more on passing out HE tokens as rewards. You can always change the vote multiplier on that end and I don't really care if parts of my vote goes to dust right now. It should fix itself in the future.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
It looks like taskmaster already hit you up. I think back when I was making around 100 comments a day, my recovery rate couldn't keep up when I only had like 500 HP. So I think you should be fine for now.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Just delegated you 150 HP.
It is best not to delegate all your HP away. Also, press the upvote less often. You kill your vote value when you do that (once you have some more HP in your account).
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Thanks a lot, Task. This helps. I owe you one! 🙏
I am going to avoid giving out upvotes for a few days. Only when it's required.
I delegated all of my HP because I had some HP from someone else. It was pulled off and I didn't realize. 😂
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
No problem. 150 should let you comment until you are blue in the face and your fingers are purple from typing.
Not that I am suggesting you get to that point although it would help the overall comment count if you did that.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
I recall the days when I was one of the people asking for delegations...and how much my comment count has dropped since then. I really should see if I can generate some more time to make more comments until my fingers are blue again.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
😂😂 I will stop just before reaching that stage.
Btw how many comments do we need to do before we hit the 10K mark within this month? I think we are far behind our daily targets.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
We are below. @amr008 will post the stats like he does each day. I havent looked at the monthly chart in a week or so.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
I also think we are probably slightly behind. Of course it may be skewed a bit since some people (including me) have been doing a bit of clean up. My general estimate is that we are about 100 comments behind.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Good advice. In the early days of my delegation from you I still found ways to bring down RCs to single-digit percentages. That's becoming a faded memory, but it's still a cautionary tale.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
I still recall the days I used the giftgiver site due to low RCs. Of course I don't think finguru counts as someone who can get a delegation since he has too much staked HP.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
You may be right about that. It's like a billionaire trying to collect financial aid for grocery shopping; the need just isn't there.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
I used that site too when I first started. It was a great help back then!
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
I'm going through comments from top to bottom, so I just saw your comment a couple of minutes after I delegated 15 HP to @finguru.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Thanks mate. You can take it back because now I have enough RCs to play with.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
How do I take back delegated HP? Do I give you a delegation for 0 HP and that wipes out the 15 HP delegation I gave you? Or is there a special tool I use to do that?
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
I would just undelegate it. I found this in Presearch on how to undelegate HP.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
@readthisplease wrote about using Hive.Blog and PeakD to undelegate HP from someone. The screen captures focused on PeakD.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Yea I find that PeakD seems like the easier option. I was going to show how on my own account but I haven't delegated out any HP yet.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
I find that PeakD is great for managing delegations so you might want to check it out if you never tried it
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
I just used PeakD using the instructions from the post by "@"readthisplease. I revoked the delegation to @finguru and I updated the other delegations I had out there.
I also commented on the actual post and left behind a slice of "!"PIZZA as a show of appreciation.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
I could delegate you 15 HP, my delegation to @magnacarta.buzz expired 2 days ago, so I can spare the HP for you.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Hey Magna. Thanks a ton for the generous offer. This is resolved now!
I will make sure to keep spare HP to avoid this situation in the future.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Lol I can't remember the last time my voting power was this low. What have you been doing buddy? 🤭
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Excessively voting. More than I can afford to. 😭
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
I think a delegation got cancelled and when that happens, your VP gets cut down and the RCs recover slower as well.

Lol, I liked the white Harvey Dent more. Although he didn't get much of the screen time as townface.
Robin wasn't even in that one movie. It was just a police officer who mattered. I would like to see the next part and see Robin come to life in his suit.

Is that the new Harvey? I haven't watched many DC movies recently

Watch Evergrande. Their bonds are suspending trading on Friday.
There is $300 billion in debt at risk here. The company already missed one bond payment. Suspension is not a good sign. While default is the obvious conclusion, it could also mean reorg of the debt.
The Chinese government is already getting involved. This situation could spin out of control those.
Keep an eye on it.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
The fallout from this, if it happens, could hit the crypto world.
Do you believe them?
It was always questionable what Tether really held. Now some are speculating they might have exposure to Evergrande.
That would be a big hit to the industry if that is the case.
I do know for a fact that HBD has no exposure to Evergrande.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Well...we won't know for sure and I doubt they would ever come clean if they did.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Yes, like I said earlier, I don't trust any of these stablecoins. It's one of the reasons I'm so hopeful about Hive Backed Dollars. If they can get it stable and increase the liquidity, it could really be a major coup for the Hive blockchain.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
No idea but I'm glad that my main stablecoin is HBD in that case
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Biggest economic story of the year developing right here.
Watch this space.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Yea this is really bad and all of the debt isn't only on China's balance sheet. You can bet the fallout will affect the entire world and now people will have to consider whether or not those corporate bonds are worth the risk.

The World of NFTs
Here is another of our daily @leomarkettalk posts.
We are now in the second half of the month. It looks like we need to kick it up a bit to get to our goal.
Today, lets post and chat about what is going on with NFTs. This is an aspect that is changing daily. A lot of crazy stuff going on.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
I love the process of creating NFTs, it has something very magical about it.
I have created some Leofinance related NFTsI have a gallery on @nftshowroom and last night I made 13 Hive with selling some of my art. Not much but still something and it adds up by time.
But I also do collect NFTs,
I have all NFTs of the Musicforlife project VFT labs.
I have NFTs in risingstargame.
I have a lot of Splinterlands NFTs
And I own blockchain domains that are NFTs on the ethereum network.
Long story short NFTs are not only gaming and art but can be utilized in so many ways.

Hey that is very nice! Good job man
If I remember it correctly, you need to be verified or something like that in order to be able to list NFTs. Is that right?
If so, can you tell me how does the process work?

REMINDER!!!
Get some of those #CANDIES.
Failure to do so means your day will not be sweet.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
I got my CANDIES and DIAMONDS before firing up the Daily Crypto Markets Live Blog.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
I got myself 30. Climbing the weekly mountain.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
I am collecting candies to buy NFTs. ✌
But they run out as soon as Coingecko launches them.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
So you want into the NFT world but are too slow.
Is that what you are saying?
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Yes, exactly. I need a lot of catching up to do. Free NFTs or NFT Sales go out really fast these days. Everyone wants them! 😏
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Dont worry. Still the early stages. You are avoiding a lot of crap from what I can see. Much of what is out there will end up collapsing.
NFTs with ties to real world assets.@splinterlands and other games are where it is at right now. Next phase is going to be
Ultimately, it is going to be the Metaverse that see the value.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
If I ever get those free NFTs, I am going to sell them and invest back in Splinterlands or buy Hive/Leo anyway.
Looking forward to see Splinterlands playing a huge role in the Metarverse. ✌

My bet is placed on EXODE. I think that is a good one and is already being looked at in 3-D.
@elindos is getting ahead of the curve. It is just going to take a couple more years of development.

The calls for $100K Bitcoin are getting louder. It seems some of the TA people believe that we are gearing up for a run into year end. This makes sense the longer the consolidation range is held.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
It is the best time to write an article on this topic:
This is the year of DeFi and NFTs. Bitcoin should touch $100k by the year end or maybe in January 2022. But it's coming!
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
What will 2023 be?
I think NFTs really are just getting started. This is nothing compared to what it will be.
Much of what I see out there is hype and ready for a crash. There is going to be a lot of money lost.
However, the gaming NFTs stand a great chance of being successful because there is a use for them. Yes collectibles have value yet we have not had any really price discovery yet.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
That is true. It's essential for everyone to understand and know that only a few opportunities are worth getting into. Tread carefully.
100%. That is why they get sold the most on any open market. Ther is a platform called NFTfi, where you can get NFT collateralized loans. I even wrote a post about it. Put your NFT as collateral and get ETH or DAI as a loan. Fail to repay? Your NFT goes to the lender.
I think 2022 will be about more of such use cases around NFTs. NFTxDeFi and GameFi - bright future ahead. Would be very interesting to see what's next they come up with.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
I tend to believe that BTC won't go over $100k due to the money on the line in the futures market. After all, we see it a long in the stock market where the option sellers don't want to pay out.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Hive is also doing some sideways trading which is healthy after a leg higher. Give the market time to digest the new pricing before starting another run.
Besides, each day that passes brings us closer to some of the new projects we often discuss going live.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Yea but I think its good to trade sideways. It seems we are trading in the range of 70 cents and 90 cents right now.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Yea, I'm rather satisfied with this consolidation. Gives me time to build up for the next run up
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
That is the key. If we can just turn over the "float" in these levels for a while then when the news starts coming there will be a solid base from which to jump. It's really looking good. As I've said before, you can also see the financial energy building just beneath the surface. When it starts breaking out, it could really go.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
There will come a day when most everything in the digital world will have a NFT on a blockchain somewhere.
This is the convergence of our digital and physical lives.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
I hope a similar concept is used for documentation and legal stuff. I have waste d a lot of time and money with pointless bureaucracy in my lifet
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Think of how that affects governments. How many government departments only exist to have people file paperwork.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
I think it's starting to drop though because of software.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Personnel counts arent dropping.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Very true. It's very hard to reduce the headcount in the government around here and I believe that's the same on other parts of the world.
There are just too many laws that prevent that from happening so there is a large workforce that's paid to sit around and do very little work
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Probably not for the government but I think its probably dropping in companies. I think the government will take a while longer.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
NFTs don't need to be for artwork. They just need to be for items which cannot be duplicated easily or at all. Government documents qualify for use as NFTs.
It's NFTs for real-world items or services which have nothing to do with collectibles or art which will be harder to use. That's the hang up I have with them.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Yea, I think documents are a great use case for NFTs. Can't wait to see something like that be implemented
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
I want to see how government documents as NFTs handle expiration dates. Do we still need to visit the offices to get them renewed? We shouldn't, but this is government we're talking about.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
I hope we don't have to do that anymore but, as you said, we never know with the government.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
It's bad enough we have to deal with these people. The best we can do is minimize as much as possible the time we spend with them as we do what we can to keep them off our backs.
Of course, it's also possible that migrating government documents to NFT format could render those jobs obsolete. Then it's just spending time and bandwidth to renew our "papers".
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Well...the legal system is naturally complicated and outdated. I wonder if we can get robots to speed up the legal process and reduce the pay for those lawyers.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Yea but I tend to think of NFTs more as gaming items. Use them to generate more value in-game where your time is worth something.

CEO of Which Company?
I would like to be remembered as someone who calls out shit out in the open without any fear. The sad reality is that 'freedom' is a luxury nowadays, should have been a basic human right. We have to fight for it otherwise we are doomed. Web 3.0 allows us to be freer than ever before. It's up to us to do something with it.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
The CEO of Telegram according to the link on Twitter.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Cool. It's the wake-up call we need.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
We have to fight for Web 3.0 by making sure it doesn't devolve to become Web 2.0's twin. The price for freedom is constant and relentless vigilance.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
It can't be. Already out of the hands of controlling agents.
100%. Need to keep building systems that are open and freely accessible to everyone.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
I'm not convinced it's comparing apples with oranges really. The world is a totally different place today as it was 20 years ago. Where previous generations crime was against the person because there wasn't technology now it is common to be at the receiving end of a cyber crime. New tech brings new issues which bring new laws.
It's modernisation, the focus point should be on privacy and how information and which government agencies have access and how they have access.
I'm not convinced we are less free but I am in a different country so who knows.
Plus telegram is coming under fire for being a known service for heinous crimes such as child exploitation where abusers can hide their crimes.
Really? Damn that sucks. I didn't know about that
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Yeah had some bad run ins recently but it will be interesting to see what occurs
Well we have been giving away our rights and corporations aren't even building items to last anymore. So I would say its probably a result of us wanting things to be more convent.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
That's really well written. These are the companies that need to keep putting this stuff out there. Hive has an opportunity through itself, 3spk, and ProjectBlank to be a big factor in the years to come. I'm very thankful I'm here.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Add Laos to the list of countries warming up to cryptocurrency.
It really makes sense for countries like Laos to take a hard look at cryptocurrency. This offer a wonderful opportunity to enrich their countries and offset some of the gap between the developed nations. Instead of solely being a low cost producer the country can get some real capital flowing into the nation.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
It's very nice to see how this is spreading all over the world. It looks like we hear about a new country showing to be open to crypto every day
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
It is like a car crash. We are at the point now people just have to look.
Governments are wondering what is going on. There is too many opportunities for them to pass up.
We just need to make sure we are the ones take advantage of them first.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
The speed and ability to circumvent financial sanctions is appealing to many developing nations but it brings concerns for Western nations with a race to the bottom. I'd anticipate in time things will clean up but these will be an interesting and turbulent time in the mean time.
It's like a race now. Soon it will be uncool for a country to not accept bitcoin as a legal tender. The Sooner they realize this, the better.
If you are not taking an advantage of this economy then what are you even doing? I think all citizens must pressurize their local government to adopt crypto and blockchain.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Yea it definitely closes the gap. It also isn't as easy to stop after the money is transferred since they can't intervene to reverse the transactions.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
30 years after his death, Freddie Mercury is getting into the NFT game.
Ironically, people are better off just donating to the charity and taking the tax deduction instead of buying the NFT.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Isn't this the most odd thing ever, no doubt a publicity stunt and a cash grab. Bit sad but you get those types.
Sports memorabilia is the same way, but we're used to it because it's tangible. NFTs are like Personal Seat Licesnses in the NFL-- you're not even paying for the season ticket but for the chance to pay for a season ticket.
(If any NFL fan here thinks I'm explaining the PSL wrong, feel free to clarify and set the record straight. Whether I'm wrong or right, PSLs are a scam.)
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
It definitely is sad and you know they will use any means they can to get a portion of the money.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Yea, If I remember well, they did the same to Nirvana's Kurt Cobain.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
I am very skeptical of anything Charity related. Maybe its because of the "Save the Kids" scam and also the fact that the rich are using charities to park their money.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Yea, and also there is a lot of money laundering going on with charities
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Charles Hoskinson says DeFi is up in the air.
Good that means Hive will step in a take over. Wait until the SpkNetwork is unleashed.
It is going to be a fun race. Of course, the advantage is that Hive is already in the lead as compared to the other major chains that are in DeFi in terms of decentralization and distribution.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
That's why I try not to go too far from Hive when it comes to that. Cub is the exception but it is somewhat tied to Hive as well
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Cubfinance is easy to trust.
There is a lot going on in the DeFi world, many more levels to develop. However, we just need to keep pushing forward and making Cub one of the stronger players there is.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Charles is right. He must be so happy to release Smart Contracts on ADA just in time.
Hive has an advantage of time and it has been battle-tested for more than 5 years I guess. Decentralization and distribution are going to be very important aspects in the near future and Hive is leading on these fronts.
Spk Network will definitely change the game for us. ✌
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Hive does have a lot going for it. We are going to see a major push forward over the next 6 months.
The bottom line is each layer of the ecosystem needs to grow and expand. The base layer is seeing the development. Hopefully the HAF, SpkNetwork, and #ProjectBlank roll out within the time frame I am looking at.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
But the DeFi that these business people and celebs support is "regulated CeFi "and not DeFi to be honest.
Yea we truly need actually decentralized Defi systems. If we did, we would only have to worry about hacks and nobody would have to worry about rug pulls or pump and dumps.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
In case anyone is wondering....
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Lol why is pob so low? 🤧 I am in pains
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
What gives each of these tokens value at all?
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
-hive (the base token)
-investors (those who are buying the token)
-community (those actively using the platforms tied to these tokens)
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Try and go a bit deeper.
Not on what they do, but why they have value.
Why will people continue to always buy them?
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
I can think of hundreds of use cases of Hive and Leo combined. ✌
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
however the question is about POB lol
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
I think one reason is because of POB tokenomics since it follows BTC. As there isn't much supply out, the APR is still pretty high and the tokens per day will drop in the future.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
I think there is not much rationale behind it asides from speculation. They are speculating based on the development and community behind the coin.
I am buying (and earning) pob and Leo because for those two reasons
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Maybe they need to go the route of outposts and start selling NFTs too...
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
I have no idea; I only post there. Maybe there was a lot of profit-taking. Or maybe someone just made a big sale of POB or a lot of little sales of POB. I don't know.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Hive is looking real good!
POB has seen better days though
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
This is true.
I wonder how Brainers are handling the change to the front-end? I'm used to using Ecency for notifications and management functions, but it throws me off for actual posting.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Funny you should say that because I was just talking about it with a couple of people.
From what I could gather, they see the new front end as an improvement from the old one but many people still prefer to use other frontends, such as PeakD, which is regarded by many as the best frontend.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Old habits tend to be hard to break. In some ways the new front-end for PoB is better than the previous front-end. I haven't been posting there as much as I had in the past, but the front-end was not the reason for that. I'll post again at PoB soon; I just need more material to post about.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
I like the new one better except for the color scheme. I think the old colors are much better than the new blue theme.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Absolutely. It's like LeoFinance switching to purple and lime; not a good fit.
If the PoB developers were able to customize the front-end for PoB, I think they should be able to incorporate the original PoB color scheme. I don't know how hard it would be to make that sort of change, so I'll just leave it there.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Yeah it is something that got a hot start but is not seeing a great deal of rolling out. This is a problem for most of the tribes.
This is why Leofinance is so powerful. The development keeps rolling out.
