But re-threads are not just images, they are just as interactive as the original thread – with the exception of polls of course. Take videos as an example; fully viewable in rethreaded format. It would be ideal if it worked the same for polls

I see your point though, and just to be clear I'd be happy with either implementation variation. Bottom line is I want to see polls under top-level threads too
I would like to see rethreads work with polls. I am not sure of the technical details that go with it.
Somehow I bel;ieve it would be easier to implement this rather than making polls work on thread replies, but who knows

The problem is I do not see a ton of polls. It is one of those Khal is not going to dedicate resources unless we show they are being used.
yes totally. I've been trying to use them more lately to set a good example and perhaps inspire some creativity.
I got tons of them in the album playlists of course, but noone votes on them because the polls don't show in the playlist (or in the party room for that matter).
No they do not. If you put the poll in the top line thread, the playlist itself, it shows up. A waste in the songs though.
