If this becomes a success, and bring in a bunch of users, then it won't be too much of a hit when people cash out because there are others ready to grab those tokens as soon as they're available.

Well, that's an idea. I could use my kettlebell content for subscriptions. But I know that not everyone is into kettlebells nor fitness. It's very specific but I could try.

If you do that with the fitness, make it informative and useful for your target audience. Personally I would go for my own age group and "teach" them how to "do it right".
Yeah, that what I tried with my website a few years ago. My age group is lazy and many of them don't think that functional kettlebell fitness is good for them. I made also a few videos showing how to do it right. Guess what? Funny videos make more views than educational fitness videos.
