Hello Hive Friends..
I can't believe we are getting closer to the end of the year, where many of us are making preparations to enjoy the year-end holidays. We take vacations to tourist destinations including going to the beach, to the top of the mountain, and to many other tourist attractions. Many also go on school holidays to visit relatives out of town to stay in touch and let go of the longing because they just met again because they are busy with work on weekdays.
FLOWER GARDEN
One other option to enjoy cheap and free school holidays is to go to the Hantap tourist spot that I visited last weekend. Hantap is a water dam surrounded by beautiful scenery and beautiful flower gardens too. Hantap is located in the village of Gumuruh, Nagrak, Cangkuang District, Bandung Regency, West Java, Indonesia. There we can play in the water, enjoy the beautiful scenery, and there are also instagramable photo spots to take pictures with the family. When we are hungry there is a hut for us to eat and enjoy a snack.
I went to Hantap with my family following the SPI-BOSS gymnastics group using a motorbike, the distance from my house to Hantap was approximately 3.5 KM, quite close. When we got there we had to walk again to get to the Hantap dam. Arriving there we were presented with the sound of rushing water, a calm morning atmosphere away from the busyness and beautiful scenery.
There the sun did not shine much, because it was covered by clouds and fog. We sat down to rest first to unwind because we were already walking. After resting we took a walk to enjoy the surroundings and the swift water of the dam.
Then we sat near the flower tour, my daughter whined because her shoes were wet which caused her feet to itch. I took off her wet shoes and my daughter is calmer now.
Because we had been walking for a long time, our stomachs became hungry, my husband saw that a shop was open and immediately my husband and my son went to the shop and bought cereal milk with ginger to keep us warm. There the temperature is quite cold, because the sun has not fully shone. The shop seller there invited him into his hut to enjoy ginger cereal milk in a friendly manner. We went into the hut and drank ginger cereal milk.
While relaxing and enjoying the scenery around us, we chatted and joked. After enjoying the ginger cereal milk I wandered around to see the many flowers that were there while taking photos. In Saung Abah there are many flowers including roses, bougenville, sunflower, etc.
It doesn't feel like time has passed, the day has passed. Our stomachs started to get hungry and we headed to the big saung to have lunch there with the SPI-BOSS gymnastics group whose coaches were my husband's parents. We were there waiting first while enjoying the flow of the dam river, because the dryness was preparing the food. Soon the food came and we ate it.
The food menu at Saung Besar is rice lead with fried chicken, karedok, tofu, tempeh and chili sauce. Drinks are provided with delicious warm tea. The price of food at Saung Besar is quite cheap, less than Rp. 28.000 or 2 USD. After we were full of enjoying the food there, we chatted while relaxing. Time passed quickly and we had to leave Hantap to go home.
We walked home walking back to the parking lot, my son was tired of wanting to be carried I didn't want to walk alone. I also carried my son even though it was far away. Arriving at the parking lot we got on the motorbike and went home. This is my first post in the weekend community, hope you enjoy it and thank you.
The natural atmosphere in Hantap is really beautiful. I can feel how alive the atmosphere is in your photos and writings. I'm sure your children who are tired after returning from Hantap want to go there again.
