I feel like BWD is extremely boring to play. Yea it is effective. But if I am going to have to play a deck for 60 or more games I want the deck to be fun.

Gotta agree with you on that, it feels a bit like simply drawing all your removal spells and waiting until 7 mana - 9 mana turns to crush all your opponent's hopes and dreams 😂
But people will play it no matter how unfun it is because packs have a real world value. The meta in the game gets pretty stale after a few months. They spoke of new game modes in their newest post so hopefully that will help break things up some.
Yeah, that's true. Even without real-world value packs, meta decks will always end up being the most-played decks over time. New game modes should be a great addition to the mix but it won't affect regular constructed ranked IMO. 2 expansions a year would definitely be great for introducing new metas since it takes some time for meta decks to be crafted and spread around.
I don't know I feel like I enjoy slow late game decks and it is not your everyday type of deck so I think I would enjoy it :p. But it is definitely a matter of what you enjoy at the end it is a game all about fun!
